Our stay at Guesthouse Forty Four was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. The location in the heart of Old Town Dubrovnik could not have been more perfect — close to everything while still feeling comfortable and relaxing. The rooms were beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, blending modern luxury with the charm of historic Dubrovnik. Every detail felt thoughtful and high-end. The staff truly made the experience unforgettable with their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and the restaurant experience was equally outstanding. Everything about this guesthouse exceeded expectations. If you are visiting Dubrovnik and want a boutique hotel experience with amazing service, beautiful rooms, and an unbeatable location, Guesthouse Forty Four is the perfect choice. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubrovnik.
We had a wonderful stay at Boutique House Forty-Four. The hotel has a great location in the heart of the old town, very close to the main street, Stradun. The room was bright, clean, and spacious. The à la carte breakfast was of good quality, and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this place to anyone who values comfort, convenience, and good service.
We had a great stay at Guest House Forty-Four. The staff were excellent—Oliver gave us a warm welcome and showed us to our room, while Luka and Stan were especially friendly and helpful during breakfast each morning. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the Old Town, with great bars and restaurants just steps away. Our room was spacious, the bed was large and very comfortable, and we really enjoyed the peaceful terrace—even though it can get a bit noisy due to the restaurant downstairs. Breakfast was included in the price and offered a generous selection: omelettes, meats, cheeses, bread, spreads, yoghurts, and more. The room also had a TV with Netflix and YouTube, plus tea and coffee provided—though the cups were a bit small. While the stay was on the pricier side for two nights, the comfort, service, and location made it worth it.
