We came for a meal around 3.30pm during peak summer. It was not crowded, and chose the spot on the terrace. It’s hot, but they had little fans to help cool you down. The waiter was really nice and the service was pretty fast. We had the bruschetta which was okay. After that we had the tuna steak which was really tasty and sea bass with risotto which was okay. It was a good meal altogether. Risotto was a bit al dente which is not good for risotto and I would prefer the fish a little bit better done, but generally it was good. I would come back to try other meals.
Very friendly and welcoming staff. We were served homemade bread with olive oil before the meal, and at the end we were treated to a delicious homemade honey liqueur. A lovely experience!
We sat here for a casual lunch. We weren’t in a massive rush, but even so I would say the service was pretty slow. We spent around 2 hours here. And they were maybe half full outside, empty inside. We started with the Daily Soup. It was a really delicious tomato soup with hints of carrot and ginger. It also came with fresh baked bread and olive oil. All in all a really good way to start off. I ordered the Winner Winner Chicken Dinner which was basically pasta with some diced, grilled chicken. It had a rich, creamy pesto. The pasta was homemade gamelli and it was excellent! My partner had the Prawn Stars (they have catchy names for their plates). It had bits of salmon too and a creamy sauce with hint of tomato. Again, a really delicious, rich dish. Despite the lengthy service, the food was totally worth it. If you have the time, check it out! Our server was attentive, the food just a bit slow.
Will keep the 5 stars going. This place was excellent. Tuna dish and the Salmon and Delilah were great. Service was top notch. The fresh homemade bread with different olive oils was a nice touch. Worth your visit
Probably the best food we had in Croatia. Everything is made with fresh top quality ingredients. So many highlights, too many to even name. Every bite of food is pure bliss. I wish I had more photos but we just tucked into everything right away. The pasta is homemade. The pesto is so tasty. The meat tender. The starters are delightful. The wines are stunning. The bread is homemade. The oliver butter was to die for. The honey with truffle was spectacular. The service is also a wonderful! I think our waiter was named Bobo, I hope I have this right. He was attentive, helpful and all around fantastic I am hoping we can return!!
