Great location if you want to visit Dubrovnik but also have a nice beach holiday. The water taxi is €20 per person return but if there's a group of you you can take an Uber from the hotel for about €15 each way and be flexible on time (I.e. beat the rush). Breakfast is from 7 am and is very good with a changing selection each day, that lets you get to the CITI walls for when they open and go through when it's quiet and cool(er). Nice restaurants on site and you can also walk along the beach towards Dubrovnik there is a nice coastal path and there's plenty of restaurants to choose from there. Prices for eating out a moderate comparable with eating out (in UK). ~€15 for a pizza. The pool lounges get taken early, you can get loungers down on the Beach but they charge you €10 per lounger and €8 for a parasol so fact that into your cost if staying here. We were fortunate on the Saturday night there was a competition at the Water polo club, a great evening out beer and freshly caught and bbq cooked fish. The only disappointment is the temperatures in the room but seem to have a default setting that they will not change and if you ask from reception they will tell you they change but doesn't and all the rooms are a little too warm for a good night sleep. Parking is €10 per day. Towels require a card with a €20 deposit which is a great idea as it prevents waste. Can use neighbour hotel for gym, games room indoor pool etc.
What to say about this hotel - it was simply brilliant. We had a wonderful holiday and could not praise this hotel and its staff more highly. The location was ideal - 20 mins from Dubrovnik and from Cavtat. Both the ferry and bus service where quick and very easy to use. You can get Ubers too if you wish. The breakfast was a buffet style and was fresh and very enjoyable. There were multiple restaurants nearby if you fancied something a bit different each night. The rooms were lovely - very spacious and clean! The sea view was an added bonus. Both pools and the amenities were also very very well maintained. The spa is a must go! I had a fab massage while my partner enjoyed both saunas. The true gem for this hotel were the staff, they are such an asset. Genuinely lovely and always happy to stop and have a chat when they saw us out and about. If you are thinking of visiting Dubrovnik and want the added beach experience this hotel is an absolute no brainer. 5* across the board.
This has been one of the best vacation experiences we've ever had. This hotel is excellent. The staff are extremely nice, warm, welcoming and have actual personalities. Everything is clean and appears to be brand new. The location is fantastic too as it's located directly across from a beautiful rocky beach and is surrounded by some of the best restaurants and bars without being overrun by tourists. They offer a free breakfast buffet every morning from 7am-10am and it's phenomenal. The pool area here is beautiful as well and has sun loungers but there's a €10 charge for sun loungers on the beach. We would all happily stay here again.
Great hotel in Mlini. It is on the beach and about a 10 minute taxi ride to the Old Town. You can get a bus to the Old Town however the bus runs 3x a day so not too great. Also, the hotel is on a huge slope so walking up towards the road is a mammoth task in itself. The service was great. We only had the breakfast and the selection was okay. Had all the basics that uou needed for a filling breakfast. We used the pool and sauna/steam rooms. The indoor pool was nice however slightly on the cooler side. Would be nice if it was warmer and if they had a jacuzzi. The views are incredible from the hotel and they had ample sun loungers for everyone. Rooms were nice and clean and the service was great. Beach was beautiful with clean turquoise waters. I went in early May so still abit cold to swim but it is pebbley. Best to wear beach shoes. They have a few restaurants on site. We only tried the Badillico Pizzeria. Food was great.
Stayed here three nights. Had a premium room with sea view 412. The hotel staff was super nice from the beginning. Courteous and helpful. Even though just reopened 2 days prior it was great. The room was lovely and super clean. The cleaning staff even surprised us with folding the towels every day in an animal shape. Breakfast was good. A bit chaotic but the quality was good. They only have a machine for coffee that operates with powder which wasn’t great. Also you can sit outside but they allow smoking, which we didn’t like.
