The Best 3* Hotel in Zagreb... Accommodation was very comfortable. Staff very Kind, whatever you ask, you got helpful and kind answer and help. Prices are really correct and affordable for 4, 2 Paremts, 2 Kids. I will Glady come next year
Bug in the room. TV has no available channels, but youtube. Electrical socket gives suspicious noises when plugged. Reception gives only one keycard for two people. Too hot in the room. You cannot switch off. Breakfast good, but average.
The rooms were nice and clean, and didn't show signs of age, like some reviews mention. Nice staff. Location is as you would expect, tram right outside. Their spa has really affordable massages, but be sure to book early or in advance.
