⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed for just one night before our flight home after four months of travelling through Europe, and what an incredible way to finish our trip! We arrived around 5:30 pm after a very long day of travel, and from the moment we walked through the doors the service was exceptional. Every member of staff was genuinely friendly, welcoming and went above and beyond for our family. A small issue came up with one of our two booked rooms (which I initially thought was my mistake), but the staff handled it with such kindness and professionalism. They reassured me, later confirmed it was actually their error, and incredibly gave us an additional room at no extra cost so our family of four could be comfortable. We were so grateful for the way they handled everything. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed fantastic cocktails in the stylish café/bar area before having one of the best dinners we’ve had at the hotel’s restaurant. Everything was delicious. Our teenagers also loved ordering room service! A special thank you to Tomislav, who looked after us so well. Your kindness and outstanding service really made our stay even more memorable. The wonderful breakfast the next morning, combined with the generous midday checkout, was the perfect, relaxing end to our holiday. Although we were only here for less than 24 hours, the Amadria Park Hotel Capital gave us some truly special memories of Zagreb. Thank you to every member of staff for making our final day in Europe so memorable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zagreb.🙏🙏🙏
Prior to this trip, I had never stayed at an Amadria Park Hotel. However, if I ever have the need for a hotel in Zagreb, Amadria would be my choice again. Initially I planned to stay only 1 night but ended up booking two additional nights at the end of my trip. Outstanding service from all staff that I encountered, but I especially want to highlight the service provided by Mihael and Rinaldo - they both went above and beyond and made my stay especially memorable. Lastly, highly recommend the breakfast.
Historic building right in the center of town. Looks glamorous from outside with a 1930s belle époque feel. It used to be a bank and that’s the main charm. Decor around the place has potential but some lamps and deco pieces still had Ikea price tags on them, which breaks the art deco vibe. Looks more like window dressing than finished design. Rooms very tiny, like 1930s tiny. Coffee machine in the room didn’t work. Asked to change it, replacement still didn’t work. Gym badly equipped. Some tools weren’t working and felt potentially unsafe. Breakfast was decent. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Great location and building with potential, but needs serious work on rooms, gym, and finishing details.
What a cool experience. The hotel has a lot of history, and you can feel it throughout. Gorgeous building, and if you're looking for something from this era the vibes are perfect. 10/10 will stay here again next time in Zagreb, and maybe tack on another day just to experience the hotel a little more.
I had an absolutely delightful experience at Amadria Park Hotel Capital. From the very beginning, Laura was exceptionally warm and welcoming. She kindly guided me through the hotel, explaining the hotel’s rich history as a former 1920s bank from the preserved vault to the elegant mahogany details. Learning about this while walking through the space made the experience feel incredibly rich and immersive. I was particularly captivated by the original mahogany-clad columns and the elegant architectural details that echo the building’s past. Even the dining area, with its classic clock, added such a timeless, almost cinematic charm as if you’ve stepped into another era. The coffee area, on the other hand, offered a completely different yet equally beautiful atmosphere; soft pale green tones paired with fresh white accents created a serene, spring-like calm that felt both refreshing and comforting. Compared to places like the Esplanade, this hotel offers something far more intimate and characterful. It’s not just a place to stay, but a space with a story, thoughtfully preserved and beautifully presented. With its exceptional staff, unique atmosphere, and even membership options available, everything about this place felt considered and refined. I will most certainly be returning. :)
